Full Time — Internal Sales Advisor

We have a new opportunity based at our UK facility in Rotherham, South Yorkshire, for a full time internal sales advisor within our rapidly growing packaging division.
Sat within our successful Sales department, the function will be to play a pivotal role in generating new business through outbound sales methods to engage customers and create interest in our range of plastic packaging solutions.


Internal Sales Advisor will be responsible for

  • Location of new and developing existing customer accounts
  • Dealing with incoming plastic packaging enquires, whilst providing product advice & support
  • Undertaking outbound sales activities to identify and target new customers
  • Administration of quotations, samples and promotional material
  • Liaising with external supply chains
  • Promote & strengthen our sustainable packaging portfolio
  • Communicating closely with internal / external sales teams
  • Establish / maintain UK distribution networks
  • Create a pipeline of contacts to continually nurture and treat as your own business

This role will ideally suit an experienced customer service / salesperson who can demonstrate a good record of accomplishment of success in a similarly fast-paced position.

A packaging background is preferable, but not essential; as well as possessing a first-class telephone manner (friendly and professional) coupled with strong administration skills and self-motivation.


Job Details

  • Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30am – 5pm, Friday 8:30am to 2pm
  • Total: 35 hours per week
  • Competitive Salary dependent on experience and performance
  • Location: Office based Rotherham, S60 1EN
