UK sales and marketing manager for rose plastic, Craig North, said: 'We will be demonstrating a number of new ranges at MACH that are ideal for a wide range of industrial markets. Our quality plastics packaging is perfect for protection, as well as stacking and storage, ensuring products are always kept in pristine condition.
Customers also have the option to choose packaging in their corporate colours and with company or product brand names to differentiate themselves from their competitors, in addition to ensuring the vital first impression is created when it is delivered to customers'. On show at MACH 2008 will be the Unibox packaging box, which is perfect for spade drill inserts, said rose plastic. A central spigot keeps the product rigid and secure with secure press closure and hinged lid. The box is ideal for stacking and storage and is also oil, moisture and water resistant.
Also on display is the RoseCase Ergoline, an innovative plastics case with a modern design that gives it a striking sales impact. RoseCase Ergoline is extremely adaptable to specific market or product requirements, being offered in various case colour combinations and internal colour options including profiled 'eggbox' or plain and die cut foam inserts. The product is ideal for the storage and presentation of a wide range of machine tools.
* Packaging milling cutters - another product set to generate interest at MACH is the MK-Case. Offering strong protection for high quality milling cutters, MK-Case is extremely robust and features a rigid double-wall design as well as a sturdy hinge and lock system. The case features integral recess points for easy tool removal and is available for diameters up to a maximum 270mm.
* Drills - RoseBox is the perfect way to package drill bits and other cutting tool accessories in a handy, accessible pack. The product is available in a range of different sizes and in customised colours and with branding to suit customer needs.
rose plastic will also be demonstrating TopPack FoldBack at the exhibition, which is ideal for micro drills and precision milling cutters. The product offers optimum protection for delicate tool tips, thanks to the complete coverage offered by the internal 'fold back' which remains in place even after the outer case is removed. The fold back U-channel is permanently fixed to the base using the polypropylene (PP) from which the case is manufactured to produce a robust 'living hinge' design that ensures the packaging remains reusable. Easy loading and unloading is achieved by bending the 'fold back' away from the tool. The pack is available in a range of sizes to suit specific tool widths and also comes with a clamping device for highly polished and smooth tool shanks. Product differentiation is again made possible by using different colour versions of the 'PLUS' clamping device. The product is extremely sturdy, resistant to humidity and oil.
